From covering grey, creating that perfect blend with a multi-faceted foiling technique or giving some deep or bright demension with a Balayage (free hand style painting technique) I would love to work with you! Feel free to please book a "First Date" Consultation first if you are a newbie so we can imagine together and work together to come up with a specialized plan. The best hair looks out there take time, patience and a plan but I have the confidence we will get you to your dream hair if we work together. I have been on this journey of Cosmetology going on 15 years starting off as a Barber, to learning from some of the best in the industry all things color! I believe in the power of presentation and self love. When we look our best, we do our best!

Cancellation Policy

FIREFLY STUDIO POLICIES I know life can happen to us all! I get it! If you need to cancel your appointment, please give asap notice so I can get you rescheduled for a time that works best! Speaking of time.... When scheduling, ( ie. You have an important event coming up) please note that there could be up to a 3 week wait period to schedule/ reschedule an appointment. So the earlier the better is highly suggested in order to make sure you look on point! And the most uncomfortable to all award goes to.... No shows...non-communicative....yikes! This consiquence will receive only available times for rescheduling and will be approved or denied by me. In worst case scenerios, (no-shows / day of cancelation) Firefly Studio will charge no less then 30% of full service scheduled and for no-show appointments. In order to book again, I will request a form of card to keep on file at the time of reschedule, and take up to a 25% pre-paid deposit that will be credited towards the next appointment. Appointments longer then 3 hours that are cancelled or no-show within 24 hours will incur a non-refundable 50% fee of the total cost of their original ticket price. Sorry...strict on this. Weeww..I know, awkward! SO..... Let's work together so we can keep you looking and feeling like your best self! Last but definently not least, and on a lighter note...a pledge from me to you... I guarantee my work 100% if you are not satisfied with in a week of your agreed upon service, I will ask you to please come in at your earliest convieniance as I would love the oppertunity to adjust whatever is usually a pretty easy adjustment. :) Refunds will not be granted unless I can construct a prior fix on any adjustments.
